研究了淬火后回火对 Fe-Mn 基合金 △E/E-t 曲线影响。指出,附加 Cr,Ti 的 Fe-Mn 基合金,其 △E/E-t 曲线具有极小和极大两个极值,在室温附近具有极小值特征,△E/E<0。而附加 Cr,Ni,W 和 C 的合金,其 △E/E-t 曲线具有极大值特征,△E/E>0。这是由于 W、Ni、C 使反铁磁转变点 t_N 降低造成的。淬火后回火,随着回火温度升高,△E/E-t 曲线极值向高温方向移动,△E/E 值逐渐减小是由于随着回火温度升高,△E_λ效应逐渐减小和碳化物析出使 t_N 逐渐增高综合作用的结果。
The effect of post-quenching tempering on the ΔE/E-t curves of Fe-Mn base alloys was investigated. It is found that for those alloys in which Cr and Ti are added the curves will present both the maximun and minimum values and the latter is occuring near the room temperature with ΔE/E<0. But for those alloys in which Cr,Ni,W and C are added the curves will present only maximum values with ΔE/E>0, since W,Ni and C can lower the antiferromagnetic transformation point tN. In post-quenching tempering process, the curves extreme values will move towards higher temperature and the values of ΔE/E decrease gradually with the increasing tempering temperature, as a result of the decreasing ΔEλ effect in combination with the carbide precipitation which will increase tN gradually.
