摘要
为了克服在传统设计中无法快速直观地分析铲运机工作装置运动特性的不足,利用SolidWorks建立了基于虚拟样机的工作装置运动学模型,分析了工作装置运动仿真数据,证明了其运动特性能够满足工况要求,得到了一种便捷、有效的通过虚拟样机运动仿真来评估和研究工作装置的方法,为同类型机构的设计和分析提供了参考。
In order to overcome the shortcoming that the kinematic characteristics of the LHD (Load-Haul- Dump) manipulator can not be observed rapidly and intuitively during traditional design, SolidWorks was applied to build the kinematic model of LHD manipulator based on virtual prototype, and the kinematic simulation data were analyzed. The results showed that its kinematic characteristics met the requirements of each operation mode. Thus, a kind of convenient and effective method of evaluating and researching the LHD manipulator by kinematic simulation of virtual prototype was obtained, which offered references for the design and analysis of the similar mechanism.
