问责视角下美国教师教育的变革走向--基于政策文本的分析 被引量:3

The Tendency of American Teacher Education Reform in the Perspective of Accountability——Based on the Analysis of Policies

摘要 20世纪80年代以来,问责成为美国教师教育改革的主线,呈现出基于标准、基于表现、基于测试的不同取向。目前,美国教师教育政策不断受到来自理论与实践层面的质疑,产生了新的变革策略,表现为强调教学实践的校本策略、实施综合均衡的评价体系、关注专业学习共同体的构建。 Accountability is the focus of teacher education reform in America since the 1980s, which is shown in different orientations: standard-based accountability,performance-based accountability and test-based ac- countability. Currently ,the policies on teacher education in accountability are under questioning in theory and practice, leading to new reform strategies:stressing the school-based strategy;building balanced evaluation sys- tem, and focusing on the essence of profession learning community.
