摘要
本次访谈就高等教育国际化议题,专访了国际大学协会秘书长依娃埃格-波拉克女士(Eva Egron-Polak),就"高等教育全球化"与"高等教育国际化"的概念区别、国际化与高等教育的创新机制、国际化与高等教育的商业化和商品化问题、跨境教育的质量监管、高等教育的国际化与同质化问题、全球高等教育调研的分析等问题进行了深入的探讨,介绍了国际大学协会在推动高等教育国际化方面所持的立场、价值关怀与政策倡导。
The Journal recently interviewed Ms. Eva Egron-Polak, Secretary-General of International Asso- ciation of Universities （IAU） around the theme of internationalization of higher education. The issues, such as conceptual differentiation between globalization and internationalization of higher education, internationalization and the innovative mechanisms of higher education, internationalization and commercialization and commoditiza- tion of higher education,quality monitor of cross-border education,internationalization and homogenization of higher education, the analysis of the Global Higher Education Survey, have been discussed in depth. The intervie- wee has also introduced IAU＇s position,value concerns and policy advice on promoting internationalization of higher education.
