摘要
以硫酸铜标准溶液制成浸渍硅胶,用层析法测定硫化氢含量,将新方法的测定结果与传统乙酸铅浸渍硅胶层析法进行比较,并研究了硫酸铜标准溶液浓度对硫化氢含量测定结果的影响和硫酸铜层析法的再现性。实验结果表明,用硫酸铜浸渍硅胶层析法测定的硫化氢含量结果比乙酸铅浸渍硅胶层析法具有更好的重复性和与真值更小的偏差,选择合适的硫酸铜标准溶液浓度可使测定结果更准确,采用硫酸铜层析法测定硫化氢含量具有较好的再现性。
In this paper, the impregnation of silica gel is prepared with copper sulfate standard solution, and the hydrogen sulfide content is determined by chromatography method. The improved method is compared with the conventional chromatography method that the impregnation of silica gel prepared with lead acetate. The influence of copper sulfate solution concentration on the determination results and the reproducibility of copper sulfate chromatography method are also studied. It is found that the results of determination on hydrogen sulfide content by the copper sulfate chromatography method has better repeatability and minor deviation from the true value compared with the results of lead acetate chromatography method. In order to obtain more accurate results, it is necessary to choose appropriate solution concentration of copper sulfate standard solution. Determination of hydrogen sulfide content by copper sulfate chromatography method has a good reproducibility.
