摘要
邓小平的经济民主思想，从主体方面看，是要使社会经济活动的经营者和劳动者拥有责、权、利相统一的自主管理权；从客体方面看，是要求经济宏观环境的高度开放和完善及宏观管理体制的合理设置；并且更要求人们打破陈规、大胆试验，充分利用一切行之有效的方法，使社会主义经济活动的主体能够最大限度地发挥主观能动性和自觉创造性，解放和发展生产力．
Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on economic democracy, looked from their subject, connotate the autonomous administrahve rights that integrate the laborers obligations, rights and interests in their social economic activities; looked from the object the thoughts advocate the opening and perfection of macro economic environment and reasonable establishment of macro management system. His thoughts require people to be free from conventions and encourage them to experiment all efficient ways in order to make full play of the dynamic role of the subject in the socialist economic activities and then to free the productive forces.
