摘要
新世纪是知识经济的时代 ,科技创新是知识经济的核心。本文指出了科技创新的主要因素包括创新人才、企业自身素质和政府营造的创新环境。并进一步探讨了科技创新的动力机制。
The coming century is a new era of knowledge economy. Scientific and technological innovation is the soul of the era. The main factors of scientific and technological innovation including persons of creative power enterprise's quality and creative milieus are examined in this paper. Furthmore, the motive force of scientific and technological innovation is searched in this paper.
