摘要
为判别土石坝的危险程度,根据浙江省土石坝病险水库运行情况分析,将土石坝险情划分为重大、较大及一般险情,并给出定性判别方法。但该方法存在险情区间界限不清,容易受判断人经验影响等问题,为此引入模糊模式进行定量综合判别,根据土石坝实际险情的影响因素构建险情隶属度标准模式,利用AHP法计算各因素的权重,并进行综合计算,结合最大隶属度原则判别险情轻重程度。
For judging the dangerous degree of earth-rock dam, according to the Zhejiang Provincial e dilapidated earth-rock dam res- ervoir operation situation analysis, we divide dangerous cases into big, big risk and general risk, and qualitative diseriminant is given. But this method has the danger risk of each interval boundaries are not clear, easy affected by human experience, so we bring in the fuzzy model of quantitative identification, according to the influence factors of earth-rock dam based on the actual risk build danger membership standards mode is established. AHP method is used to calculate the weight of each factor, carrying on comprehensive calculation, combined with the principle of maximum membership degree discriminanting danger degree.
