共轭聚合物的双光子吸收性质及其在生物成像领域的应用

摘要 双光子吸收有着明显不同于单光子吸收的特点,这使得有强双光子吸收的有机分子在许多方面都有应用,比如三维光数据存储,医疗设备的精密加工,DNA装载,光动力学诊疗等。本文综述了近些年来研究较多的共轭聚合物双光子材料,根据其结构特点分为芴类、苯乙烯苯乙炔类、噻吩类、三苯胺类、蒽类等,并阐述了不同结构对于双光子吸收截面的影响。同时重点关注了他们在生物成像领域的潜在应用。 Conjugated polymers with large two-photon absorption cross sections have potential applications in data storage, phototherapy, 3D imaging, and micro-fabrication. Substantial efforts have been recently made to develop materials with large two-photon absorption cross sections. In this communication, we have summarized some classes of conjugated polymers with two-photon absorption cross section, including the molecules with conjugated bridge of fluorene, benzene, thiophene and anthracene, and the molecules incorporating triphenylamine. These materials have been demonstrated acting as fluorescent probes in the application of two- photon fluorescence bioimaging.
