摘要 采用4种细度的废旧轮胎橡胶粉等体积代砂成型橡胶砂浆试件,测定其抗压抗折强度、导热系数。试验结果表明:较粗橡胶粉制备的砂浆力学性能较好而保温性能稍差;橡胶砂浆的抗压抗折强度、导热系数均随橡胶粉掺量的增加而降低,压折比也随之降低,橡胶粉掺量大于40%后,压折比下降加快,达到60%时,橡胶砂浆压折比均降至3.0以下;橡胶掺量为20%时,橡胶砂浆导热系数降至空白砂浆试件的1/2;橡胶砂浆的导热系数与表观密度呈现二次曲线正相关。 Four kinds of waste tire crumb rubber with different fineness were used to partially replace fine aggregate in mortar speci- mens.The mechanical properties and heat-conduct coefficient of rubberized mortar were tested.The results show that coarse crumb rubber leads to bigger compressive and flexural strength but worse thermal insulation performance.The compressive and flexural strength, heat-conduct coefficient as well as the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength reduce with the increasing of dosage of crumb rub- ber.The ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength reduces much quickly when crumb rubber dosage surpasses 40%, and less than 3.0 when dosage up to 60%.The heat-conduct coefficients of rubberized mortar with 20% rubber dosage decrease to the half of the refer- ence specimen.The apparent density and heat-conduct coefficient has a relationship of positive correlation curve.
