Determination of arsenic species in rice by HPLC-ICP-MS

摘要 采用0.15 mol/L HNO3为提取剂,90℃热浸提大米样品2.5 h,Hamilton PRP-X100阴离子交换柱(250 mm×4.1 mm,10μm)分离,高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱(HPLC-ICP-MS)分析检测大米中砷形态化合物。结果表明:大米中4种砷形态化合物(AsⅢ、AsⅤ、DMAⅤ、MMAⅤ)的检出限在0.06~0.08μg/L之间,加标回收率为73.7%~118.2%,RSD均小于6%,方法适用于大米中砷形态化合物的分析测定。 It is a hot spot and difficulty to extract and analyze different species of arsenic rice compounds from both in domestic and loverseas.The separation of samples was performed on a Hamilton PRP-X100 column(250 mm x 4.1 mm,10 μm) with 0.15 mol / L nitric acid(HNO 3) as an extracting agent to pretreat rice samples at a temperature of 90 ℃ in oven for 2.5 h.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was used for analysis.The results showed that the detection limits of four main arsenic species(AsⅢ,AsⅤ,DMAⅤ,MMAⅤ) in rice were between 0.06 μg/kg and 0.08 μg/kg,the recoveries were in the range of 73.7% ~ 118.2%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 6%.A simple,fast and accurate method for the analysis of arsenic species in rice was developed.
