摘要
介绍了吹脱+鸟粪石+二级生化处理+石英砂过滤+活性碳过滤的处理工艺处理含高氨氮的皮草皮革生产废水的应用实例。对设计工艺流程、主要参数、调试与运行情况以及处理效果作了说明。该组合工艺对皮草皮革生产废水中的氨氮、COD、色度具有很好的去除效果,出水各指标达到污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)一级标准。
Combined process of blow off ＋ struvite ＋ secondary biological treatment ＋ quartz sand filter ＋ activated carbon filtration was used for treatment of the fur leather production wastewater containing high ammonia content. The design process, main parameters, commissioning ＆ operation and the treatment effect were discussed. The combined process has better effect on ammonia nitrogen, COD and chroma removal in the fur leather production wastewater, and the effluent indicators have reached a standard of integrated wastewater discharge standard （GB 8978-- 1996）.
