摘要
目的了解洛阳市城区淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性,为科学使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法浸渍法测定淡色库蚊Ⅲ龄末Ⅳ龄初幼虫对杀虫剂的半数致死浓度LC50。结果淡色库蚊对双硫磷、仲丁威、氯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯等的相对抗性倍数分别为2.45、6.29、4.46、16.01和51.76。结论洛阳市城区淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂均已产生抗药性,应科学、合理地使用杀虫剂,预防和减缓抗药性的产生。
Objective To know the resistance status of Culex pipiens pallens to insecticides in Luoyang for controlling the occurrence and development of resistance. Methods Using immersion method to test the LC50 of larva. Resuits The hightest resistance index to deltamethrin was 5l. 76,foUowed by beta-Cypermethrin( 16.01 ) ,bassa(6.29), permethrin ( 4.46 ) and parathion( 2.45 ). Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens produced resistance at various level to commonly used insecticides. Scientific measure should be taken to reduce the development of resistance.
