摘要
目的:观察MOTOmed智能训练系统结合运动疗法治疗脑卒中患者下肢肌痉挛的疗效。方法:将40例脑卒中所致的下肢肌痉挛的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。观察组应用MOTOmed智能训练系统结合运动疗法,对照组仅应用运动疗法。8周后根据改良Ashworth痉挛评定量表(MAS)、简式Fugl-Meyer运动量表(FMA)和改良Barthel指数评定法(MBI)对2组患者治疗前、后下肢肌张力、运动功能及生活自理能力进行评定。结果:治疗后2组患者下肢肌张力较治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.05),下肢运动功能及日常生活自理能力较治疗前有明显提高(P<0.01),且观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MOTOmed智能训练系统结合运动疗法对脑卒中患者下肢肌痉挛有显著的改善作用,可提高患者下肢运动功能及生活自理能力,且疗效优于单纯的运动疗法。
Objective：To investigate the effect of combining Motomed movement therapy with exercise therapy on lower limb muscle spasticity after stroke. Methods：Forty patients were divided randomly into observation group and control group, 20 in each group. Both two groups of patients were given Baclofen orally. In addition, the observation group were treated by Motomed movement therapy and exrcise therapy, and the control group were treated only with exercise therapy for eight weeks. Modified Ashworth Scale （MAS）, Fugl - Meyer assessment （FMA） and Modified Barthel Index （MBI） scores were used to assess the muscle tone, motor function and the selfcare ability in both groups before and after treatment. Results：The lower limb muscle tone was significant decreased in patients after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The limb motor function and the self - care ability improve significantly than before treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. And the observation group was significantly better than control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Combining Motomed movement therapy with exercise therapy is effective to decrease muscle spasticity, and improve lower limb motor function and self - care ability after stoke. The effect is better than simple exercise therapy.
