摘要
目的：观察不同治疗方法治疗萎缩性阴道炎的疗效.方法：将门诊同一个阶段就诊的萎缩性阴道炎病人分为两组,对照组予以常规治疗,治疗组使用达克宁栓（1.2g/枚）两枚,并把这两组病人1～2周后复诊时的用药情况、舒适度、症状缓解等情况进行对比.结果：治疗组的病人用药依从性、舒适度、症状缓解程度均优于对照组.结论：局部应用抗真菌药物治疗萎缩性阴道炎具有方法简单、疗效显著的特点,值得临床广使用.
OBJECTIVE： To observe the efficacy observation of the different methods in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis. METHODS： The patients with atrophic vaginitis were divided into two groups. The control group were given conventional treatment and treatment group were given 2 Miconazole suppositories （1.2g/gold）. Drug use, comfort, symptom relief of the two groups were compared after 1 - 2 weeks. RESULT： The medication compliance, comfort, symptom relief in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. CONCLUSION ： Topical application of antifungal is simple and effective in treatment of the atrophic vaginitis.
