摘要
城市产业结构演进与土地利用结构变化存在内在关联机制，分析两者演化关系对城市可持续发展具有重要意义。根据1999-2009年淮南市区的产业和土地利用数据，通过构建产业-土地结构偏离度指数模型，应用二元相关分析法。进行产业结构演进与城市土地利用结构变化的关联分析。结果表明：（1）淮南市作为一个典型的煤炭资源型城市，2000-2009年期间，其产业结构演进与土地利用结构变化具有高度的相关性。整体上产业结构变化的速度大于土地利用结构变化。两者经历了非同步变化后逐渐趋向同步变化，匹配状态逐渐增强；（2）资源禀赋变化、城市化水平提高和政策引导形成了煤炭资源型城市产业结构演进与土地利用结构变化关联的影响因素。
There are natural interconnections between the evolution of urban industrial structure and land use structure change. By the data of industry and urban land use, and Industry-land structure deviation index model and bivariate correlation analysis, it＇s easy to conclude the relationships between the evolution of industrial structure and land use structure change from 1999 to 2009 of Huainan which is a typical Coal-mining City. The results showed：（1）On the wbele, the speed of the evolution of industrial structure, which is highly relevant to the change of land use structure, is greater than the land use structure change in huainan city, but the match between them has gradually enhanced from 2000 to 2009. （2）Through further analysis, the paper reveals that the main associating mechanism which actuates the change of urban industrial structure and land use structure are as follows： the changes of resource utility, the raising of the urbanization level, and government policy, ect.
