摘要
针对四方金矿选矿厂工艺流程中存在的问题进行了分析与研究,并在现有条件下对其进行技术改造。通过对碎磨系统和浸出系统的优化改造,金回收率提高了1.22%,处理矿量增加21 t/d,并降低了选矿生产成本和尾渣、尾液的指标,取得了良好的经济效益。
Based on the existing problems in ore dressing process of Sifang gold mine, analysis and research are carried out as well as technological transformation. Through the transformation of crashing and grinding system and leaching system,gold recovery rate is increased by 1.22 % and treating capacity is increased by 21 t/d. The process reduces the processing cost and the indexes of leaching residues and tailings,obtaining good economic benefits.
