摘要 目的探讨床边数字化X线摄影(Digital Radiography,DR)在经外周置入中心静脉置管术(Peripherally Inserted Certral Catheter,PICC)中的应用价值。方法采用移动式床边机对256例PICC置管术后病人进行仰卧胸部前后位摄片。结果导管末端位于上腔静脉246例,导管反折于外周静脉内2例,导管在左锁骨下静脉内打折1例,导管进入右颈内静脉2例,导管进入右心房4例,导管末端显示不清1例。结论床边DR检查方便快捷,可获得高质量的PICC导管图像,可辅助临床及时纠正导管异位,提高置管成功率。 Objective To explore the effects of bedside DR (Digital Radiography) in PICC (Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter). Methods Bedside digital radiography was applied to obtain chest images from 256 patients who undergone PICC. Results Among 256 cases, there were 246 of catheter terminals located in superior vena cava, 2 of catheters invaginated in the peripheral vein, 1 folded in the left subclavian vein, 2 extended into the right internal jugular vein, 4 extended into the right atrium and 1 of catheter terminal shown unclearly. Conclusion Through application of bedside digital radiography, high-quality PICC images could be obtained in a convenient and fast way, which helped clinicians correct the catheter position promptly so as to enhance the success rate of PICC.
