从煤矿企业的实际情况出发,分析了传统煤矿企业物资供应管理体制的弊端,深入研究了煤矿企业物资供应集中管理模式,进一步探讨了深化煤矿企业物资集中管理的发展方向和改进措施。
This paper based on the actual situation of coal enterprises,analyzes the shortages of the traditional coal mine enterprise material supply management system,in-depth researches the coal mine enterprise material supply centralized management model and further discusses the development direction and improvement measures of coal mine enterprise material supply centralized management.
