摘要
采用碱中和沉淀氧化工艺对广东省某氧化铁红厂酸性含Fe2废水进行处理,并收集沉淀污泥作为晶种生产氧化铁红产品.经调试运行后,系统出水pH值为8.5 ~9.0,对Fe2+和SS的总去除率分别为99.86%、84.65%,色度<40倍,满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)一级标准,同时以沉淀污泥作为晶种生产的氧化铁红产品符合130#氧化铁红质量标准.
The alkali neutralization and precipitation process was used to treat the acid wastewater with high Fe2+ content from an iron oxide red factory in Jiangmen City,Guangdong Province.The settled sludge was used as a seed crystal to produce iron oxide red products.After the commissioning and operation,the pH value of effluent was 8.5 to 9.0,the total removal rates of Fe2 + and SS were 99.86% and 84.65 % respectively,and the color was less than 40 times.The effluent quality met the first class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996),and the iron oxide red produced from settled sludge as seed crystal met the standard of 130# iron oxide red.
