摘要
采用纳米级钛酸锂材料作为负极材料,研究了不同导电剂对电极电导率的影响,并制备了10 Ah锂离子蓄电池,工作电压2.4 V,可以在低温-55℃1放电,在-40℃1充电,同时蓄电池显示出良好的倍率放电性能。相比传统的碳材料负极的锂离子蓄电池体系,低温放电性能更好,并且具有优良的低温充电特性。
The lithium-ion batteries (LIB) using nano Li4Ti5O12 as the negative electrode material were prepared. The influences of conductive additives on electrode conductivity of battery were investigated, systematically. The novel LiB shows voltage of 2.4 V, and can discharge and charge at a current of 1.0 C rate at --55 ℃ and --40 ℃, respectively. The results also show the battery has good rate performance at low temperature. Comparing with the traditional LiB using carbon as the negative electrode material, the discharge property of this novel LiB at low temperature is better, and the charge character at low temperature is excellent.
