摘要
目的了解当代医学生的生命价值观状况和学校生命教育情况。方法采用自制生命价值观问卷对408名医学生进行生命价值观的调查。结果①不同年级的医学生对于生命及其价值思考存在显著差异(χ2=26.1180,P=0.000);②83.09%的医学生认为"人终有一死,所以要珍惜生命";③非独生子女感觉生活更有意义(χ2=9.0596,P=0.011)。结论①大部分医学生能正确面对死亡,应对方式积极;②部分医学生缺乏对生命本质的理性思考,生命意识薄弱;③部分医学生对生命价值和成就感的看法出现多元化倾向。
Objective To learn about life values and schools life education situation of modern medical students, Methods Life values research was performed on 408 medical students by self-made questionnaire. Results ①Students with different grades had distinct perspectives toward life with significant difference(χ2=26. 1180,P=0. 000). ②83.09% of medical students thought "Ev- ery man has to die,so we should cherish life" ③Those who were not only child thought life were more meaningful(χ2= 9. 0596 ,P =0. 011) . Conclusion ①Most medical students can deal with death correctly and'positively. ②Some medical students lack the rational thinking of the life's nature,and have weak life consciousness. ③Diversity trend is shown in some medical students' per- spectives of life values and sense of achievements.
