基于有限元的自动钻铆机托架的动力学研究

摘要 研究飞机壁板的GRS6R30-120型钻铆机的全自动定位系统,借助有限元软件ABAQUS,建立了系统结构动力学有限元模型。分析包括模态和最大冲击启停过程的隐式动力学计算,获得托架部分的前20阶固有频率和振型以及启停过程中关键部位应力和变形的动态响应,进而设计了托架结构,并进行合理性验证。托架的结构尺寸大,零件数量多,零件间存在复杂的大位移滑动接触关系以及在结果数据处理时节点的相对位移动态响应的实现是难点所在。通过仿真验证了托架最大冲击过程的隐式动力学分析,同时验证了托架刚强度的设计是合理的,避免制造出的托架因不合格而返工,为国内某飞机主机设备研制缩短了周期和节约了设备研制费用,并为卡板的设计和实际生产提供了参考。 The paper focused on automatic positioning system for rivet machine of GRS6R30-120 type used for assembling aircraft panel The finite element model of the system's structure dynamics was established by using FEM software ABAQUS.The analyses included modal analysis and implicit dynamics analysis of maximal impact in start to stop processes.The natural frequency,vibration mode and dynamic response of key parts' stress and deformation in start to stop processes were obtained,the bracket's structure was designed,and then the rationality of the bracket was validated.The difficulties of the bracket's analyses are large structure size,massive parts,complex contact of large displacement slide among parts and the realization of nodes' dynamic response of relative displacement in results' data processing.Based on the simulation,we realized bracket' s implicit dynamics analysis in maximal impact process,and validated the rationality of bracket's structure design in stiffness and strength.This simulation also avoided reworking for unqualified bracket,and shortened the development cycle and reduced the development cost of this equipment for an aircraft factory at home,and put forward some advice on the design of frock and practical production.
