阵发性心房颤动患者冠状静脉窦电传导改变的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究阵发性心房颤动(paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,PAF)患者冠状静脉窦(coronary sinus,CS)传导的电生理特性。方法 :病例组为PAF患者33例;对照组为阵发性室上性心动过速或室性早搏患者39例。应用固定程序S1S1500、400、350、300、280 ms分别起搏CS近端、CS远端,观察CS内A波的传导顺序,分别测量CS近端至CS远端、CS远端至CS近端的传导时间。结果:(1)心腔内电生理检查观察窦性心律下CS内A波的传导顺序,病例组中斜线型26例,弧线型7例;对照组中斜线型27例,弧线型12例。(2)在所有病例中,两组患者的CS传导时间均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。而斜线型病例,各刺激周长下房颤组的CS传导时间均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在PAF患者,冠状窦肌肉组织存在传导延迟。
