摘要
介绍了一种基于干式化学法的便携式血液检测系统。该系统以高精度数字信号处理器TM320VC5509A为控制核心,以线光斑半导体激光器为光源,以电荷耦合器(CCD)为光电转换器件,实现血细胞参数的检测。系统稳定性测试结果表明,血细胞参数的相对标准偏差均小于1.7%。与Sysmex XT-1800i血液分析仪的对比性测试实验表明,以红细胞压积(HCT)、血红蛋白(HGB)、淋巴及单核细胞(LM)、粒细胞(GRAN)、血小板(PLT)和白细胞(WBC)作为比对项目,相关系数分别为:0.991、0.972、0.952、0.986、0.979和0.985。该系统检测时间≤60 s,并具备测量记录显示、查询和删除等功能。该系统将在血液现场快速检测和急诊检查中有广泛的应用前景。
This paper presents a portable blood detection system on the basis of dry-type chemical method. The system adopts TM320VC5509A, a high-precision digital signal processor, as the control core, a line spot semiconductor laser (LD) as the light source, and a charge coupled device (CCD) as the optical-electrical conversion device to realize the detection of the blood cell parameters. The system stability test results show that the relative standard deviations of the blood cell parameters are all below 1.7%. The comparative test experiment with Sysmex XT-1800i blood analyzer shows that taking HCT, HGB, LM, GRAN, PLT and WBC as the comparison items, their correlation coefficients are 0. 991,0. 972,0. 952,0. 986,0. 979 and 0.985 ,respectively. The detection time of the system is less than 60 s. The system has the functions, such as measurement record display, query and deleting. The system will have a broad ap- plication prospect in the on-site rapid blood test and emergency examination.
