摘要 汽车试验数据有效重用成为支撑汽车整车及零/部件研发的基本需求。根据目前汽车试验数据的特点和重用现状,提出了基于Java Portlet规范的重用方法,该方法基于Web方式且面向服务架构,具有可移植性、跨平台性。开发了Portlet程序,完成了原始试验数据的结构化入库、结构化数据查询转换,规范了可扩展标记语言(XML)数据映射、数据图形可视化,实现了整个重用过程。通过该方法获得的重用试验数据可作为产品生命周期管理(PLM)的重要组成部分,也可供其他制造业领域的工程数据重用参考借鉴。 To effectively reuse the test data of automobile has become the urgent need to support research of automobile and parts. According to the characteristic of test data and current situation of reuse, a set of reuse method base on Portlet specification was proposed. The reuse of test data using Pottier specification is Web-based and Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA) with ability of transplant and cross-platform. Portlet programs were compiled to finish the entire reuse process including the original test data structured storage, the standard XML data mapping and the data graphic visualization. The test data be reused by this mode could be an important part of Product Lifecycle Management(PLM). The program is also available for reuse in other areas of engineer- ing test data to reference.
