摘要
目的:优选王瓜的微波-超声波联合提取工艺并考察其抗氧化活性。方法:以总三萜质量分数为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验考察乙醇体积分数、提取时间、料液比、微波功率对王瓜提取工艺的影响;采用DPPH法、水杨酸法、ABTS法和FRAP法测定提取物的抗氧化能力。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为加50倍量90%乙醇于500 W微波-超声波联合提取6 min;王瓜提取物清除DPPH·、清除ABTS+·和Fe3+还原/抗氧化能力大于茶多酚但小于抗坏血酸,清除OH·能力均小于二者。结论:优选的提取工艺简便、快速,王瓜提取物具有一定的抗氧化性能。
Objective: To optimize ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction technology of total triterpenes from Trichosanthes cucumeroides and investigate its antioxidant activity.Method: With the content of total triterpenes as index,single-factor tests and orthogonal test were adopted to investigate effects of extraction time,ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio and microwave power on extraction technology.Antioxidant activity of its extract was extimated by DPPH assay,salicylicl acid assay,ABTS assay and FRAP assay.Result: The best extraction conditions for total triterpenes from T.cucumeroides were as follows: extracted 6 min with 50 times the amount of 90% ethanol,microwave power 500 W.Scavenging DPPH·,scavenging ABTS+·and reducing Fe3+ of extract from T.cucumeroides were higher than tea polyphenol and lower than Vc,but scavenging OH · was lower than theirs.Conclusion: This optimized technology was simple and rapid,extract of T.cucumeroides showed certain antioxidant activity.
