摘要
近年来,我国职教师资人才培养取得了长足发展,但仍然存在不容忽视的问题,具体体现在职教师资专业边缘化、入职环节存在制度性障碍、专业化发展道路艰难等方面。建议强化职教师资专业建设,建立职校教师准入制度,系统规划新教师的职业成长路径。
In recent years,the training of vocational teachers has made great progress,but there are still some problems which cannot be ignored,such as the marginalization of the specialty of vocational teacher education;systematic obstacles existed in the entry links;hard path for further development.The corresponding countermeasures are： strengthen the construction of vocational education teacher specialty,build admittance system for vocational school teachers,systematically plan the professional development path for new teachers.
