摘要
分析了摇台式铣齿机加工弧齿锥齿轮的展成原理,以及机床结构和相应的运动关系,利用国产数控系统对相应的铣齿机进行了三轴数控化改造。对数控系统的内嵌可编程控制器PLC开发M指令,通过M指令实现了液压系统运动控制,重新设计了工作台液压进给系统;开发了弧齿锥齿轮数控加工的交互界面,进行了切齿加工试验。
The generating principle, the mechanical structure and the corresponding motion relationship of the cradle gear milling of spiral bevel gear are analyzed. A new method of three - axis numerical control to reform spiral bevel gear gear milling by using domestic numerical control system is presented. The program of M order of PLC to control hydraulic system is developed and the hydraulic feed system of work table is redesigned. The general man - machine interface on generating various spiral bevel gears is developed. Finally, the generating test on the spiral bevel gear is carried out. It lays a foundation for the domestic NC system applied in the machine tool of spiral bevel gear.
