摘要
基于面齿轮的生成原理,应用VERICUT软件对面齿轮插齿加工进行了仿真加工。首先,根据齿轮啮合原理,对正交面齿轮齿面方程进行了推导;其次,利用Matlab软件设计了面齿轮与插齿刀具的尺寸参数;最后,基于VERICUT软件加工平台,设计了完整的面齿轮插齿加工仿真流程,得到面齿轮仿真加工的实体模型,验证了数控插齿加工面齿轮的正确性。
Based on the generation principle of face gear, the face gear simulation is carried out by using VERICUT. Firstly, on the basis of gear geometry and applied theory, the orthogonal plane equation of tooth surface is de- rived. Secondly, the dimension parameters of face gear and shaping cutter is designed by using of Matlab. Finally, the simulation process of face gear shaping is designed, and the simulation model of face gear is got on the basis of VERI- CUT software platform, the validity of the face gear virtual simulation machining model is verified.
