摘要
采用氧-乙炔烧蚀试验方法研究了高硅氧/酚醛复合材料搀杂金属杂质的烧蚀性能,并采用扫描电镜对烧蚀后复合材料的表面形貌进行了分析测试。结果表明:复合材料的烧蚀率随着金属杂质尺寸的增大、数目增多而增加,随着夹杂位置H1增大而减小;搀杂大尺寸金属杂质的高硅氧纤维纱/酚醛复合材料烧蚀后表面有一个很深的凹坑,凹坑底部的高硅氧纤维几乎裸露,凹坑的上边缘出现明显的横向裂纹。
Ablative properties of high-silica glass fabric/phenolic resin materials were analyzed by O2-C4 H2 ablative test. Surface contour of HSGF/PR which are ablated is investigated in virtue of scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the ablative rate of sample increases with decreased diameter and number of impurity,and decreases with increasing of H1 of impurity. High-silica glass fiber reinforced phenolic resin composites with big metallic inclusions which are ablated have a deep hollow on the surface, where the fiber is almost bare and transverse cracks appear.
