摘要
目的探讨MRI对急性骨髓炎感染患者骨髓及软组织病变检查结果价值分析,为临床急性骨髓炎患者的诊断提供参考依据。方法选取医院收治的急性骨髓炎感染患者84例,分别对其进行X线检查和MRI检查,将其结果分类整理后进行分析。结果经过X线检查,84例患者均表现为正常;经过MRI检查,常规SE序列检查表现中T1WI出现稍低或等信号,T2WI出现不规则信号改变(大多数为等信号或高信号),骨皮质的低信号边缘可见条状稍高信号;STIR序列检查可见不规则片状高信号,显示范围比常规SE序列检查更明显,软组织病变显示呈模糊片状、骨膜反应呈条状高信号改变;灵敏度X线为39.29%、MRI为82.14%,MRI检查灵敏度高于X线检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);检查费用X线为(160.3±28.9)元、MRI为(767.63±107.3)元,MRI检查费用明显高于X线检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRI能够显示急性骨髓炎感染患者骨髓及软组织病变的情况,提高对急性骨髓炎感染患者的早期诊断率,但检测费用较高。
OBJECTIVE To explore the value of MRI in diagnosis of acute osteomyelitis infections and bone marrow and soft tissue lesions so as to provide basis for the diagnosis of acute osteomyelitis. METHODS A total of 84 cases of patients with acute osteomyelitis treated in the hospital were enrolled in the study and respectively given the MRI and X-ray examination. RESULTS The X-ray examination showed that all the 84 patients were with normal findings; through MRI examination, the conventional SE sequence checking manifestations revealed slightly lower or equal signal to TlWI, T2WI showed irregular signal changes (mostly other signals or high signal). Low signal' edge of cortical bone showed strip slightly higher signal. STIR sequence examination showed high signal irregular flakes, which was more obvious than the SE sequence checking. Soft tissue lesions showed high signal change which was vague flaky, periosteal reaction was strip high signal change. The sensitivity of X-ray was 39.29%, while the MRI was 82.14%, the MRI examination had a higher sensitivity, the difference was significant (P〈 0.05). The cost of MRI examination were significantly higher than that of the X-ray examination [(767.63±107.3) yuan vs (160. 3 ± 28. 9) yuan ], the difference was significant (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION MRI can disclose the pathologic features of acute osteomyelitis of bone and soft tissue lesions and improve the accuracy of its diagnosis, however, the cost of MRI is more expensive.
