摘要
将模型修正问题转化为优化问题,基于自主研发的优化分析软件SiPESC.OPT并集成结构有限元分析软件,研究了结构动力模型修正问题,通过桁架和Garteur飞机的修正算例很好地证明了该方法的可行性.通过SiPESC.OPT和商用有限元软件的集成,实现了优化算法和有限元分析类型多样性的需求,不仅提高了模型修正的效率,且保证了有限元分析的精度,有很高的工程实用价值.在Garteur飞机修正算例中,详细阐述了模型精化、参数增减及取值范围调整、灵敏度分析等过程,取得了精度很高的修正结果.
Based on software system SiPESC. OPT which was developed for solution of design optimization problems and structural finite element analysis software, a study on the model updating method by transforming the problem of model updating into the problems of design optimization is conducted. Numerical examples including truss structure and Garteur plane prove that this way is workable. The whole updating process is realized with the employment of SiPESC. OPT and commercial finite element software. Such software integration not only meets the needs of users on multiple optimization algorithms and FE algorithms, but also improves computational efficiency and ensures numerical precision with high application value in practical projects. The example of Garteur model provides the detailed information, such as finite element modeling, updating parameter selection and value scope, sensitivity analysis, and achieves the revised results with high precision.
