摘要
在亚热带地区采用光周期处理,诱导热带种果蔗开花,并与野生蔗割手密与斑茅蔗进行种间杂交,获得杂种后代98/25、98/26-1、98/26-2,经叶片酯酶同工酶和综合农艺性状表现分析,初步认定为杂交种。98/25可因其生物产量特高而作为高生物产量品种利用;98/26-1、98/26-2趋向于母本栽培型,特别是98/26-1田间锤度已接近母本,又兼具父本的有利基因,可作为优良亲本。
: Chewing cane Saccharum officinarum L. is induced to flower by photoperiod treatments in subtropical areas and hybridized with wild S.spontanerum L. and S. arundinaceum Retz. The esterase isoenzyme study and farm properties synthetical analysis of three hybrid progeny including 98/25 98/26-1 98/26-2. The biological production is very high of 98/25 which will be used for a high biological productive variety the 98/26-1 and 98/26-2 are tend to be maternal cultivar. The brix of the 98/26-1 is close to female parent in addition it has advantageous gene of male parent which makes it can be used as good parent.
