摘要
以人参为试材,比较分析了不同土壤环境种植人参后其水溶性蛋白质含量的变化规律及土壤中氮含量的变化。结果表明:平地人参水溶性总蛋白质及主要蛋白亚基含量均高于其相应的林地人参的蛋白质含量;农田土中氮含量较高;平地人参生长环境有利于蛋白质的合成。
Taking ginsene as material,the different soil soluble protein content of ginseng cultivation, the nitrogen content of the soil were compared and analyzed,and the laws of water-soluble protein content of ground ginseng was studied. The results showed that ginseng grew in farmland,its content of total water-solubility protein and the major protein subunits were higher than the ones in humus soil;the nitrogen content in farmland soil was higher. It's may be conducive to the synthesis of proteins for ginseng grows in farmland soil.
