摘要
采用田间调查、小区试验及生理生化分析相结合的方法研究钙与苹果果实生理性病害发生的关系及其防治机理。结果表明 ,与健康果比较 ,发病果全钙含量及水提取态和 1mo L/ LNa Cl提取态钙含量大为减少 ,果实氮 /钙比、果胶甲脂酶 ( PEA)活性、超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)和过氧化物酶 ( POD)活性及丙二醛 ( MDA)含量较高。幼果期喷钙显著增加了单果重 ,降低了苦痘病发病率 ,改善了苹果品质 ,并可增加果实全钙、水提取态和 1mo L/ L Na Cl提取态钙组分 ,降低果实氮 /钙比、PEA、SOD和 POD活性及丙二醛 ( MDA)
Field investigation, plot experiment and physiological and biochemical determination were used to probe the relationship of physiological disorder to calcium in apple fruit. Results obtained showed that the content of total Ca and 1 moL/L NaCl extractable Ca in the fruits with physiological disorder were markedly lower than those in healthy fruits, and the N/Ca ratio, activity of PEA, SOD and POD, and MDA content in the fruits with physiological disorders were higher than those in healthy fruits. Compared to no Ca spraying, Ca spraying on young fruit could significantly increase fruit weight, lower morbidity of bitter pit and improve fruit quality. For the treatment of Ca spraying, total Ca, H 2O and 1moL/L NaCl soluble Ca content increased, while N/Ca ratio, activity of PEA, SOD and POD, and MDA content in fruits decreased, compared to no Ca spraying.
