摘要
对X100管线钢进行了埋弧焊接,采用光学显微镜分别对X100管线钢母材、焊缝及热影响区的组织进行观察。结果表明:X100管线钢母材的显微组织为铁素体和粒状贝氏体,且细小的粒状贝氏体弥散分布在铁素体晶界及内部;焊缝的组织主要为针状铁素体(AF)、粒状贝氏体(GB)以及极少量的M/A岛和黑色夹杂物颗粒;焊接接头热影响区不同区域处的铁素体形态不同,粗晶区为准多边形铁素体(QF)和多边形铁素体(PF),而细晶区则为贝氏体铁素体(BF)。
X100 pipeline steels were welded by submerged arc welding and the the microstructure of base metal, weld seam and heat affected zone (HAZ) of X100 pipeline steel were observed by optical microscopy. The results show that the microstructure of X100 pipeline steel composed of ferrite and granular bainite, and the fine granular bainite diffusely distributed at the ferrite grain boundaries and in ferrite inside. The main microstructure of weld seam was acicular ferrite, granular bainite, a small amounts of M/A island and black inclusions particles. The forms of ferrite were different in different position of heat affected zone, the form of ferrite in coarse grain area was quasi-polygonal ferrite and polygonal ferrite, and which in fine grain area was bainitic ferrite.
