摘要
利用显微硬度HV测试、光学显微组织技术研究旋压成形紫铜喇叭罩的组织结构和力学特性。结果表明:紫铜药型罩显微硬度沿母线方向线性递增;旋压罩组织呈纤维状且发生细化,350℃保温1 h后发生再结晶,晶粒尺寸为8.5μm,纵横比为1.6,组织取向与变形组织一致。旋压紫铜药型罩可能存在较强织构、具有抗旋性。
Microhardness test and optical microstructure (OM) observation were applied to study the microstructure and mechanical property of spin-formed horncover. The result test shows the microhardness increases linearly ahmg the generatrix direction from top to bottom, and the microstructure is a kind of fiber microstructure, and is refined. After annealing at 350 ℃ for I h, the microstructure will be fully recrystallized and the average grain size is about 8.5 μm (aspect ratio ahout 1.6), and the structure orientation keeps the same as spinning direction. So it can be implied that the spin-formed cover has strong texture and the ability of resisting rotation.
