摘要
目的探讨交锁髓内钉在老年肱骨干骨折中的综合应用价值。方法选取2011年6月～2012年12月于本院进行治疗的70例老年肱骨干骨折患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（加压钢板组）35例和观察组（交锁髓内钉组）35例，比较两组患者治疗后Neers肩关节评分、Mayo肘关节评分与骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率。结果观察组Neers肩关节评分、Mayo肘关节评分优良率均高于对照组，且骨折愈合时间短于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论交锁髓内钉在老年肱骨干骨折中的综合应用价值较高，对于改善患者患肢功能及减少并发症均有积极作用。
Objective To study the comprehensive application value of interlocking intramedullary nail in the elderly patients with humeral shaft fracture. Methods 70 elderly patients with humeral shaft fracture who were treated in our hospital from June 2011 to December 2012 were selected as research objects, and all patients were divided into control group（compression plate group）35 cases and observation group（interlocking intramedullary nail group）35 cases by random method,then the two groups＇ Neers shoulder score,Mayo elbow score and fracture healing time,complication rate were compared. Results The observation groupPs excellent and good rate of Neers shoulder score and Mayo elbow score were higher than those of control group,and the fracture healing time was shorter than that of control group, com- plication rate was lower than that of control group, the differences of two groups were all significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive application value of interlocking intramedullary nail in the elderly patients with humeral shaft fracture is high,and it plays an active role in improving the joint function and decrease the eomplications.
