摘要
目的:建立快速、有效的评价河源产五指毛桃质量的方法。方法:采用TLC法,以正己烷-三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(20∶4∶5∶0.7)为展开剂,补骨脂素对照品,紫外灯(365 nm)鉴别河源产五指毛桃药材中补骨脂素;采用HPLC法,Zorbax Eclipse XDB C18为色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(梯度洗脱),检测波长为246 nm;柱温为30℃;流速为1.0 mL·min-1。结果:薄层色谱图斑点清晰,分离效果好。高效液相色谱指纹图谱共标示13个色谱峰,9批样品的相似度在0.969-0.996之间。结论:方法简便,重复性好,可用于五指毛桃药材质量的鉴别。
Objective： To establish the rapid and effective evaluable methods on Radix Fici from Heyuan by thin-layer chromatography and HPLC fingerprint analysis. Methods： TLC method was adopted with psoralen for reference standards, and developer was n-hexane-chloroform-ethyl acetate-formic acid （20：4：5：0.7）. HPLC was used with the Zorbax Esclipe XDB C18 column; the acetonitrile-water （gradient elution） was employed as a mobile phase; detection wavelength was 246 nm; column temperature was 30 ℃, and flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. Results： The spots were distinctive and well separated on TLC. 13 Common peaks were separated on HPLC fingerprint in samples. The similarities of 9 batches of samples were between 0.969- 0.996. Conclusion： These methods are reliable and accurate, which are valuable to identify the quality of Heyuan Radix Fici.
