雌激素受体β在乳腺癌中的表达价值分析

摘要 目的探讨分析ERβ在乳腺癌中的调控作用。方法选取2010年1月-2012年1月杭州市余杭区妇幼保健院收治的70例乳腺癌患者作为实验对象,从其乳腺组织中获取标本,对样本ERβ表达和相关临床参数进行检测。结果 70例样本中ERβ阳性表达率为65.7%。ERβ的表达和患者肿瘤大小、浸润范围、月经情况、临床分期、p 53等表达无明显关系(P>0.05);与病理分型、Ki 67有相关性(P<0.05)。结论 ERβ和乳腺癌细胞增殖存在一定关系。
