摘要
[目的]为双低甘蓝型春油菜杂交种冠油杂812的大面积推广及新品种选育中的应用提供参考。[方法]冠油杂812是以不育系9511A为父本、恢复系3219R为母本,采用细胞质雄性不育三系法育成的中早熟甘蓝型双低油菜杂交种。[结果]2010~2011年在甘肃省春油菜区域试验中,冠油杂812在2年12点(次)中,相比对照有9个点增产,3点减产,增产幅度1.93%~10.11%,折合平均产量为3506.25kg/hm^2,比对照陇油5号平均增产10.08%。其中,2010年6点(次)折合平均产量为3082.65kg/hm^2,比对照陇油5号增产8.18%;2011年6点(次)折合平均产量为3919.70k/hm^2,比对照陇油5号增产2.08%。冠油杂812籽粒含油率45.66%,芥酸含量0.1%,硫苷含量7.2mol/g,芥酸和硫苷达到国家双低油菜标准。[结论]冠油杂812综合性状优良,高产优质,适宜在甘肃省海拔2500m以下有灌溉条件的春油菜区及类似生态区种植。
[ Objective ] The aim was to provide a reference for promotion in a large scale and application in new variety breeding of Guanyouza 812, a double low spring hybrid Brassica napus L. variety with high yield and good quality. [ Method] Guanyouza 812 was a mid-early maturi-ty and double low hybrid Brassica napus L. variety bred by Cytoplasmic Male Sterility (CMS) Three-line Method with sterile line 9511A as male parent and restorer line 3219R as female parent. [ Result] During Gansu Province spring rape regional test in 2010-2011, comparing with control, Guanyouza 812' s yield increased in 9 test points and decreased in 3 test points, and the increase degree was 1.93% - 10.11%, the average yield of 12 test points was 3 506.25 kg/hm^2 and the yield averagely increased 10.08% comparing with control Longyou No. 5. Thereinto, the average yield of 6 test points in 2010 was 3 082.65 kg/hm^2 and the yield averagely increased 8.18% comparing with control Longyou No. 5 ; the average yield of 6 test points in 2011 was 3 919.70 kg/hm^2 and the yield averagely increased 2.08% comparing with con-trol Longyou No. 5. Guanyouza 812' s seed oil content was 45.66%, erueic acid content was 0.1%, and glueosinolates content was 7.2 mol/g, and erueie acid content and glueosinolates content both met the national double low rapeseed standards. [Conclusion] Guanyouza 812 has good comprehensive traits, high yield and good quality, and is suitable for planting in spring rapeseed region with irrigation conditions of altitude less than 2 500 m in Gansu Province and the similar ecological zones.
