摘要
如果说在当今经济全球化的世界舞台上,企业已经不是可有可无的角色,那么,企业发展的方向与价值取向,直接或间接影响经济的运行逻辑,直接或间接影响国家的发展、社会的进步及个人的幸福。发展是企业永不放弃的使命,财富是企业共同而永恒的追求。在一定意义上讲,幸福观决定人类价值取向,影响人类的发展方向、生存方式和生活质量。在构建生态文明时代,绿色发展、绿色生存、绿色财富和绿色幸福则是21世纪人类的应然选择。企业绿色幸福是生态文明时代企业的终极财富。以生态文明建设为背景,以科学发展观为指导,对企业绿色幸福管理的内涵特征、基本功能以及构建策略进行了探究。
If today＇s economic globalization on the world stage, enterprises are not essential role, then, the direction of enterprise development and value orientation, behoove of the direct and indirect impact on economic operation logic, is affecting the national development, social progress and individual happiness. Enterprise development is never give up the mission, is the wealth of enterprises common eternal pursuit. Happiness is the most fundamental purpose of enterprise. In a certain sense, the concept of happiness to decide human value orientation, affect human development direction, way of life and quality of life. In the construction of ecological civilization era, green development, green living, green wealth and happiness of mankind in the twenty-first century green is the ideal choice. Based on the ecological civilization era as the background, with the scientific outlook on development as the guidance, to the enterprise green happiness management connotation characteristic, basic function and construction strategy.
