氮杂环配体桥联一维聚合物的合成及晶体结构

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of One Dimensional Polymers Bridged by Heterocyclic Nitrogen Ligand

摘要 以H2L[N,N′-二(4-吡啶基)-2,6-吡啶羧酸二酰胺]为配体,分别与Zn(NO3)2·6H2O、CoCl2·6H2O在温和的实验条件下反应,得到了两个一维聚合物{[Zn(H2L)(N3)2]·CH3OH}n(1)和{[Co(H2L)2(SCN)2]·CH3OH·4DMF}n(2).用元素分析、红外光谱等进行了表征,并测定了其晶体结构.晶体结构表明,聚合物1的晶体属正交晶系,空间群为Pnna;聚合物2的晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为P2(1)/n.在这2个聚合物中,配体H2L两端的吡啶氮原子均以μ2-桥联的配位模式连接2个中心金属离子,而中心金属锌(II)为四配位的畸变四面体构型,钴(II) Two polymer compounds of {[Zn(H2L)(Na)2] CHaOH }n(1) and {[Co(HzL)2 (SCN)2] CHaOH 4DMF}.(2) were synthesized through the reactions of H2L [ N,N'--bis(pyr- idine-- 4-- yl) pyridine-- 2,6-- dicarboxamide] with Zn(NO3 ) 2 " 6 H20 or COC12 6 H20 in methanol -- DMF solution. The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and X--ray single crystal diffraction. 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic with space group Pnna. 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic with space group P2(1)/n. In the two compounds,the ligand H2L is bridged to cen- tral ions with N atoms as tLz monodentate mode,but Zn(II) ions are four--coordinated in a distorted tetrahedron, Co (II) ions are eight-- coordinated in a distorted octahedron.
