模拟冲击过载致鼠脾破裂损伤及药物干预研究

摘要 目的:制作模拟超重状态下冲击过载致脾破裂的小鼠动物模型,观察动物血常规和病理改变,采用止血粉进行干预并评价治疗效果。方法:实验动物为ICR小鼠,分为正常组、模型组和治疗组,利用离心机和脾中部横夹法制作模拟冲击过载致脾破裂动物模型。治疗组的手术模型同模型组,仅行手术时于脾脏周围使用"阿里斯泰"止血粉,于72 h后测定血常规,组织病理学观察。结果:模型制作后,模型组实验动物WBC、RBC、HGB和PLT值较正常组均有变化(P<0.05)。治疗组WBC、RBC、HGB和PLT值指标较模型组均有改善(P<0.05);病理变化提示治疗组脾脏修复明显好于模型组。结论:本研究在制作模拟超重状态下冲击过载致脾破裂动物模型的基础上,探讨了采用止血粉保脾治疗方案具有一定可行性,为航天医疗卫勤保障提供参考。 Objective:To establish a splenic rupture model by hypergravity overload in mice and investigate the changes of blood routine and pathology, as well as the therapeutic effect of ,absorbable hemostatic powders. I Methods: ICR mice were divided into normal group, model group and treatment group. The rupture model was made by centrifugation and clamping across spleen alone the central line. ARIST absorbable hemostatie powders were applied in the treatment group. Blood and spleen samples were collected after 72 h and performed routine ex amination and pathological observation. Results: The blood parameters including WBC, RBC, HGB and PLT changed obviously in the model group compared with the normal group (P 〈 0.05). These parameters in the treat ment group were all improved than those in the model group (P 〈 0.05). The pathological observation indicated that the ruptured spleens were also better recovered. Conclusion: The conservative treatment with ARISTA absorb- able hemostatic powders may be used in the aerospace medicine.
