摘要
目的：探讨持续质量改进在烧伤患者中的应用价值。方法：选取我院自2010年12月～2012年12月两年内各类烧伤患者112例，随机分为两组，A组采用常规护理，B组采取持续质量改进（CQI法）护理。让患者填写满意度调查表和症状自评量表并进行比较。结果：B组与A组比较，平均住院日缩短（P=0．002），患者对护士工作满意度调查表的满意百分比提高（P=0．000），在症状自评量表（P=0．000）的得分明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。B组患者躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性方面明显得到改善。结论：持续质量改进在烧伤患者的护理工作中起到很重要的作用，提高了门诊／急诊的优质护理服务，改善了患者的精神症状，缩短了住院日，提高了患者的满意度。
Objective To investigate the value of continuous quality improvement in patients with burns. Methods In our hospital ,from December 2010 to December 2012, the patients were divided randomly into two groups, A group with conventional care, group B took the continuous quality improvement （CQI） care. Let patients complete a satisfaction questionnaire and SCL-90, and comparied. Results In B group, the average hospitalization days were shortened （P =0.002）, percentage of patient satisfaction on job satisfaction of nurse was improved （P=0.000）. In SCL-90（P= 0.000）,the score was significantly lower. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoid and psychotic of group B patients were significantly improved. Conclusion CQI plays an important role in the nursing work of burn patients, improves the quality of nursing care in outpatient / emergency, improves the patients＇ mental symptoms ,shorts the hospitalization days and increases the patient satisfaction.
