摘要
指出加强博士生导师队伍建设是提高高等教育质量的内在需要与重要保证。以某高校2010至2012年博导队伍建设情况为例,分析博导队伍建设的做法和成效,并剖析了目前存在的博导队伍结构不够优化、科研项目和经费不够均衡、教育资源和生源配置不够合理、博士生培养质量不够高等问题。针对问题,提出相应的对策。
The paper elaborates that strengthening the construction of doctoral tutor team is the intrinsic need and important guarantee to improve the quality of higher education.Taking construction situation of doctoral tutor team as the research object,the paper analyzes the methods and effectiveness of university doctoral tutor team construction.It explains the existing problems like unoptimizable structure of doctoral tutor team,imbalanced scientific research projects and funds,unreasonable education resources and students configuration and low quality of doctoral education etc.Aiming at these problems,it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
