摘要
目的:测定郧阳木瓜有效成分齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP—HPLC),Agilent HC—C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.01%磷酸溶液(80:20)为流动相,流速0.8mL/min,柱温18℃,检测波长210nm。结果:齐墩果酸和熊果酸分别在0.84~16.80μg/mL和1.21~24.20μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为98.4%、98.2%,RSD分别为0.78%、0.98%。郧阳木瓜中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量分别为0.41mg/g和0.63mg/g。结论:湖北郧县地区所产郧阳木瓜中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量较高,具有一定的食疗价值。
Objective: To establish the RP-HPLC method for the determination of olennolie acid and ursolie acid in Fruetus Chaenomelis of Yunyang. Methods: The Agilent HC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used; the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile : 0.01% H3PO4(80 : 20) ; the flow rate was 0. 8 mL/min; the column temperature was 18 ℃ ; the detecting wavelength was at 210 nm. Results: The calibration curve was linear within a range of 0.84 - 16.80 μg/mL and 1.21 - 24.20 μg/mL; the average recovery of this method was 98.4% and 98.2% ; the RSD was 0.78% and 0.98%, respectively. Conclusions: The contents of olennolic acid and ursolic acid in fructus chaenomelis of Yunyang have better dietary therapy value.
