摘要
目的:评估吸入用复方异丙托溴铵溶液佐治儿童肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)的疗效。方法:选取涿州市妇幼保健院2010年8月至2012年8月收治的MPP患儿62例,随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例。两组均给予阿奇霉素序贯疗法静脉滴注及退热、化痰等常规治疗,治疗组加用吸入用复方异丙托溴铵溶液雾化吸入治疗。复方异丙托溴铵溶液用法用量:〈6岁每次1.25mL,〉6岁每次2.5mL,6~12h1次,每天雾化吸入次数依据患儿咳嗽轻重及夜间睡眠情况调整。结果:治疗组总有效率93.75%,对照组总有效率73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。咳嗽消失时间治疗组(7.43±1.05)d,对照组(8.10±1.20)d,平均住院时间治疗组(9.11±2.46)d,对照组(11.11±2.75)d,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:采用吸入用复方异丙托溴铵溶液雾化吸入佐治儿童MPP可促进其临床症状好转,缩短住院时间。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effects of compound ipratropium bromide aerosol for mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP). Methods: Sixty-two MPP infants treated in the hospital from August 2010 to August 2012 were investigated. They were randomly divided into a treatment group (32 cases) and a control group (30 cases). Both groups were treated with sequential therapy of azithromycin intravenous drip and other conventional treatments, such as defervescenee and removing phlegm. Additionally, the treatment group was treated with inhalation of compound ipratropium bromide aerosol, 1.25 mL/time for infants younger than 6 years of age and 2.5 mL/time for infants older than 6 years of age, once every 6 - 12 hours. The times of daily inhalation were adjusted by the infants' severity of cough and sleeping quality at night. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%, while that of the control group was 73.33% ; the difference between the two groups was significant (P〈0.05). The cough duration and length of hospital stay of the treatment group and the control group was (7.43±1.05) days and (9.11±2.46) days, (8.10±1.20) days and (11.11±2.75) days, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.01 ). Conclusions: The compound ipratropium bromide aerosol in the treatment of MPP in children can relieve clinical symptoms, and shorten the course of disease.
