摘要
在阐述我国产业技术创新战略联盟和真空制盐产业发展的基础上,本文分析了建立真空制盐产业技术创新战略联盟的必要性,并提出真空制盐产业技术创新战略联盟的建设思路和具体措施,认为建立产业技术创新战略联盟是充分整合真空制盐行业资源、统一行业标准、突破行业技术瓶颈、提高国际竞争力的有效途径。
Based on development of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance and vacuum salt, this paper studied the necessity to establish vacuum salt industrial technology innovation strategic alliance. Construction ideas and specific measures of vacuum salt industrial technology innovation strategic alliance are pointed. The establishment of vacuum salt industrial technology innovation strategic alliance is an effective way to integrate resources, unify standard, break through technology bottleneck and improve international competitiveness.
